Paul Taylor at Lincoln Center 2025
Thank you to everyone who joined us for the unforgettable performance by the Paul Taylor Dance Company at Lincoln Center. With more than 100 members of our community in attendance—including parents, students, current and former faculty, staff, Parents of Alumni, grandparents, and alumni—the evening was a true celebration of both the arts and the enduring strength of the Friends community.
We are especially grateful to Elisabeth Robert '91, who made this remarkable evening possible through her role as Project Manager of the Polaris Project. Polaris creates arts education opportunities for a wide range of community organizations and schools through the lens of Paul Taylor’s works, fostering inclusion, creative engagement, and self-expression. Last Thursday evening, we witnessed the impact of this mission firsthand.
Attendees came away from the performance deeply inspired by the extraordinary artistry of the dancers and musicians, and by the sense of connection we felt in the audience. Your support makes moments like these possible, and we are so thankful to all who joined us in celebrating community, creativity, and the power of the arts.
Alumni Return to Friends to Decorate Bags for God's Love We Deliver
Thank you to all the alumni and families who joined us for our annual bag decorating event in partnership with God’s Love We Deliver. Each decorated bag becomes a meaningful part of GLWD’s meal delivery—adding a personal touch to the nourishing, medically tailored meals provided to individuals living with serious illness.
We are proud to continue this joyful Friends tradition of service and creativity. This year’s gathering also included the opportunity to experience the sunset at Leading: The James Turrell Skyspace, offering a moment of shared Light and quiet reflection.
