Class of 2026 Senior Project Appeal for Alumni Participation
Hello Alumni, My name is Max Shapiro, and I am a Senior in this year's graduating class. Having been at Friends Seminary since kindergarten, I have been thinking about how much my education has impacted the person I am today and will become in the future. Thinking about our school's 240 years of graduates and its Quaker emphasis on community, I have always been interested in hearing the stories of those who have shaped that history. For my senior project, I hope to facilitat

A Tangible Message of Thanks to Friends Seminary
Written by Rebecca Holmes, Senior Associate Director of Institutional Advancement When John Schwartz '57 reflects on his Friends education, his thoughts run deep and wide because Friends Seminary is a strong thread that winds through his life – his education, profession, interests, and friendships. “Friends has contributed so much to my life. I owe Friends.” This recognition has inspired John to include Friends in his estate plans with a bequest. For John, Friends is the pla

I came up from Florida, Jane Rosenbloom '60 from Arizona, Liz Peale Allen '60 from Pauling, Jenny Roper '60 and Mackey Arnstein '60 from uptown. We missed the rest of you! It was fun to catch up! Bob and I are fully moved into S
